Looking Forward to My Next CD
Hello Everyone,
It has been a while since I have written in my blog, however I have have been busy.
The main thing taking my time these days is my newest CD project, which I believe will be titled Lightwave. I was in the studio the 3rd and 4th of September with Dan Karlsburg, Steve Whipple and Anthony "T" Lee and have since been working on mixing the tracks. All the guys did such a great job and I am glad that I got to get these "young lions" recording my tunes.
Over the past few years I have watched Dan, Steve and T transition from great young talents, to mature and exceptional musicians. With Steve and T moving to NY and I felt I needed to do a project with them before they become completely immersed in their new scene. So I called them up and we began rehearsing and headed into the studio.
These 3 communicate so beautifully and I am excited about our result. I will have more details for you as the mixing/mastering progresses. I am shooting for a release date sometime in December, so save a little room under the tree for it. ;)
